Conditions:

Breakfast included in the rate (served at the Velero Restaurant from 06:00 to 10:00).
Free private parking.
Complimentary WiFi Internet.
Pets: not allowed.

Check in from 14:00h
Check out until 12:00h



Children Policy:

01 child up to 06 years old is free in a double room (2 adults), accommodated in an extra bed or cot.
From 07 years onwards must be charged as an adult, with an extra bed being R$ 65.00 + 5% Iss (UPON REQUEST).

** Except in the STUDIO and STD Internal categories, which there is no possibility of including an extra bed (or crib)**

NOTE: For accommodation under 18 years of age, it is mandatory to present the documentation of the child or adolescent to prove their respective guardians. Unaccompanied minors must bear the express presentation of their guardians, duly identified and with notarized signature.



Payment Methods and Policies:

Payment is made directly at the Hotel at Check In.

It is necessary to indicate a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Hotel Praia Linda reserves the right to pre-authorize your card informed before arrival as a guarantee of the reservation.

We accept all credit cards.
Payment in up to 3 installments without interest for reservations above R$ 700.00 (Valid Cards: Master, Visa, Elo, Dinners and Hipercard).
We do not accept checks.

Cancellation and/or change free of charge: 03 working days before check-in.
Cancellation and/or alteration outside this period will be charged for the value of one day.
Failure to appear on the reserved date will also be charged the amount of one day.



Payment Methods and Policies for reservations in special periods:

New Year's Eve, Carnival, Holy Week, Festivals, Major Events and Holidays: The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation. There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.

Honeymoon Package: The total amount of the reservation will be charged when confirming the reservation. There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.

Non-Refundable Rates: The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation of reservation. There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in.
